Why isn't my cartridge filled up all the way?
The small gap you see at the top of your vape cartridge is called, “headspace”, and is there for two reasons.1. We intentionally make the cartridge bigger than it has to be for the required volume. This decreases the likelihood of leakage.2. The atomizer (heating element) also tends to absorb some of the oil. We follow strict filling procedures to ensure you receive the proper dosage as specified according to each product. Any oil absorbed is simply ready to be vaporized upon your first use.
